About the Role:
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice supporting our clients. You’ll handle inquiries, provide policy information, and assist customers in navigating their insurance needs — all while ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.
